Is it possible to pay for my order on delivery?

We do not offer pay on delivery service.

What is the shipping time and cost?

Herbacol Beauty is compromised to treat your orders on business days (Monday through Friday from 10 am- 5 pm EST, excluding major holidays).

We offer free shipping on orders $25 or more to the contiguous 48 U.S. states on all orders. Orders that are below $25 we charge $9.99 flat shipping rate.

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. We do not ship to Canada and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories currently.

What do I do if I want to change the delivery address and/or I made a mistake in it when making the purchase?

Our team can modify and update your addresses within approximately 24 hours of your placed order. If your order has already been shipped, we will have to contact the carrier for your parcel to update the address. This may cause delays in shipping/delivery and could incur in some fees.
